Sustainable, enterprising and responsible have been the core values of Senzora for almost 150 years. What started as a small company in 1876 grew – through the manufacturing of soap, soda, laundry detergents and products for launderettes – into a major international player in the detergent market. Senzora has always been way ahead of its time. Our development and production of detergents was, is and will remain focused on the highest quality and the lowest possible impact on the environment.
We were the first in developing a phosphate-free detergent in the late 1960s. It would take decades before all detergents were phosphate-free. And what about our KLOK brand? The Netherlands’ oldest and best-known soap brand. The first KLOK laundry powders were produced at the beginning of the last century and today the brand is still incredibly popular. The environmentally conscious consumer knows that our products do what they promise. Greenwashing? We don’t take part in that. Our brands are certified by official European quality marks, such as EU Ecolabel and Ecocert.
In addition to our own brands KLOK, Tricel and NaturalSenz, we develop and produce a wide range of washing and cleaning products for major Dutch and international private labels. Based on our transparent cooperation, our partners are assured of a good product at a fair price, with sustainability as key element. We take our responsibility every day for the detergents we produce; with a view towards tomorrow. Sustainability is not just an advertising word, it is necessary for the present as well as future generations. Senzora takes its responsibility when it comes to a clean world.
